Last Wednesday, Cherrybrook Kitchen joined the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness in Philadelphia to celebrate their 5th anniversary. The Appetite for Awareness event furthered the mission of raising awareness and funding for celiac disease by featuring 35 chefs from some of Philadelphia's highly acclaimed restaurants demonstrating their gluten-free cooking capabilities and competing for "gluten-free dish of the year." In addition to all the other FANTASTIC gluten free food there, Cherrybrook Kitchen sampled our new Gluten Free Dreams Vanilla Graham Mini Cookie and our new Ready-to-Spread Chocolate Frosting.
